Družbenoekonomska dinamika prostora
Obravnavamo družbenoekonomske procese, ki preoblikujejo prostor na lokalni, regionalni in širši ravni. Zanimajo nas vplivi globalizacije, gospodarstva, kulture, turizma, ustvarjalnih dejavnosti in preobrazbe industrijskih krajev, pa tudi demogeografska vprašanja, kot sta staranje družbe in položaj ranljivih skupin. V to področje sodijo še geografija športa in rekreacije ter družbene inovacije, s katerimi skupnosti iščejo nove odgovore na razvojne in socialne spremembe.
