The Atlantika World Atlas

Mladinska Knjiga published this atlas in cooperation with Bertelsmann publishers. Simultaneously with the Slovenian edition, Croatian, Serbian, Macedonian, and Bulgarian editions were also prepared and published. The Anton Melik Geographical Institute prepared the starting points and instructions for adapting geographical names in all the languages the atlas was printed in; in addition, it prepared a detailed list of adapted foreign geographical names for the Slovenian edition and edited the material to develop an electronic database with geographical names. The institute also assisted in making the first corrections to the cartographic material.
