The department focuses mainly on the environment protection, nature protection, landscape ecology, humane ecology, agriculture and environment, cities and environment, hydro geography, constant usage of natural resources, handling and economizing with waste, ecological infrastructure, public’s awareness, geographical informational system and cartography.

  • INCOME - Improved management of contaminated aquifers by integration of source tracking, monitoring tools and decision strategies
  • The evaluation of the burdening level regarding the forest parts of the landscape parks Tivoli, Rožnik and Šišenski Hrib
